Newwork Coworking is an industrial building located in the heart of 22@ in Poblenou.

It used to be a factory and has been rehabilitated to turn it into coworking and offices, but keeping its essence.

The building is spread over 5 floors with lots of natural light and a 300m2 rooftop with incredible views of Barcelona: Torre Agbar, L'Escocesa, Xemeneies del Poblenou and an attractive sky-line. The first floor is 350m2, completely diaphanous, ideal for dress rehearsals, make-up, rehearsals and shooting sets.

The rest of the floors are enabled as offices / private offices. In addition, we have meeting rooms, rest areas, showers and kitchens.
