The Pirelli facilities occupy a total area of ​​165,000 m2 in the area called Pla de la Rueda del Calderer, on the banks of the Cardener river, within the El Puente Nuevo industrial park, next to the Transversal axis.
Within the plot there are a total of 95,000 m2 of buildings, the oldest dating from 1898 and the most modern from the early 70s of the last century.
All the warehouses and buildings are in good condition, maintaining the structures, both interior and exterior, typical of the time in which they were built.
Until 2010 they embraced the manufacture of tires, and since then they have been a logistics hub and storage services for different companies.
Part of these buildings have been declared industrial archaeological heritage.

Main elements:

• Office building: a two-story building built between 1958 and 1961, with interiors that maintain the same structure and original elements, with period furniture. Rooms and offices of different sizes.
• Industrial buildings of different sizes and types of construction. They highlight the ship closest to the river with more than 100 years of history, with the same original structure. The Banbury nave, 22 meters high and a floor plan of 1250 m2 free of columns. Warehouses on floor 1 with sawtooth roof, natural lighting. Plant 2 Warehouse, a 25000m2 warehouse without separations. Some of them still retain the original patina of the production, with walls that have not been restored or modified.
• Interior streets closed to traffic, with straight lines of more than 300 meters, and a total length of more than one kilometer.
• Landscaped spaces.
• Area on the banks of the Cardener river with a lock, a waterfall with an old turbine.
